Citi currently offers two ThankYou Rewards credit cards that earn ThankYou Rewards points redeemable towards travel. The Citi Strata Premier℠ Card, which is considered the premium card, allows you to transfer Citi ThankYou points to all of Citi's airline and hotel partners at the best ratios. Without the Citi Strata Premier, you will only be able to transfer points to a few select partners and at worse exchange rates.
The Citi Prestige® Card is also a premium card that allows you to transfer your points to all of Citi's partners, but it is not currently opened to new applicants.
Do note that ThankYou points earned with Citi's cash back credit cards can be moved to the Citi Strata Premier and Citi Prestige. This allows you to transfer points earned with those cards to Citi's airline and hotel partners.

Citi ThankYou points transferred from the Citi Strata Premier or Citi Prestige Card can be transferred to a handful of airline frequent flyer and hotel rewards programs. Other Citi ThankYou point-earning cards can only be transferred to a few select partners are lower exchange rates.
