- Bank of America Preferred Rewards: Bank of America Preferred Rewards® members earn 25%-75% more points on every purchase. That means you could earn 2.5 to 3.5 points on travel and dining purchases and 1.87 to 2.62 points on all other purchases, for every $1 you spend.

Annual Fee
The Bank of America Premium Rewards Card has a $95 annual fee.
Authorized User Fee
There is no fee for adding authorized users to the Bank of America Premium Rewards Card.
Foreign Transaction Fee
The Bank of America Premium Rewards Card has a 0% foreign transaction fee. That means you will not be penalized when using the card outside of the United States.
