Qantas Frequent Flyer is a direct transfer partners of three major US credit card rewards programs: Citi ThankYou Rewards, American Express Membership Rewards, and Capital One Venture Rewards & Spark Rewards. You can also earn Qantas points by transferring points from a handful of hotel loyalty programs.

AMEX points to Qantas
American Express Membership Rewards Points can be transferred to Qantas Frequent Flyer at a 1:1 transfer ratio. This means that 1,000 AMEX Points can be converted to 1,000 Qantas Points.
AMEX offers several premium credit cards that feature high multipliers of up to 5X points. On top of that, you can earn lots of Qantas points using AMEX's high intro bonuses which are often as high as 100,000 points.
Capital One miles to Qantas
Capital One Venture Miles & Spark Miles can be transferred to Qantas Frequent Flyer at a 1:1 ratio. This means that transferring 1,000 Venture Miles or Spark Miles will give you 1,000 Qantas Points.
If you prefer earning rewards at a flat-rate across most purchases, Venture Rewards and Spark Rewards is the way to go. Both programs offers credit cards that earn an unlimited 2X miles on most purchases which is equivalent to earning 2X Qantas points.
Citi points to Qantas
Citi ThankYou Rewards Points can be transferred to Qantas at a 1:1 ratio meaning that 1,000 Citi Points can be converted to 1,000 Qantas Points, but in order to do so you must have the Citi Strata Premier℠ Card or the Citi Prestige Card (now unavailable).
