The American Express Cobalt Card earns Membership Rewards points at the following rates:

  • 5 points for every $1 spent on eligible restaurant and grocery stores in Canada, including food and grocery delivery (on up to $2,500 per month).
  • 3 points for every $1 spent on streaming subscriptions with select providers in Canada.
  • 2 points for every $1 spent on gas and transit purchases in Canada and on travel.
  • 1 point for every $1 spent on all other purchases.

Authorized User Fee

Foreign Transaction Fee
