Add Status / Loyalty
You can add elite status to one or more columns. This allows you to calculate the extra points you would receive from having status with that program.
If the status is already added, you can update the currency the status is based on by specifying a different currency than what the one in the calculator already has.
NOTE: Elite status is automatically added to the calculator for most credit cards that grant it.

TD Aeroplan Visa Platinum earning rate
The TD Aeroplan Visa Platinum Card earns Aeroplan points at the following rates:
- 1 point for every $1 spent directly through Air Canada®, including Air Canada Vacations®.
- 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible grocery and gas purchases.
- 1 point for every $1.50 spent on all other purchases.
All bonus rates share an annual combined bonus cap of $80,000 in purchases. Once you've hit this cap, you'll earn at the non-bonus category rate of 1 point for every $1.50 spent across all purchases made to the card for the remainder of the calendar year.

Annual Fee
The TD Aeroplan Visa Platinum Card has an annual fee of $89.
Authorized User Fee
Adding additional cardholders to the TD Aeroplan Visa Platinum Card will cost $35 per card.
Foreign Transaction Fee
The TD Aeroplan Visa Platinum Card has a foreign currency conversion fee of 2.5%. This means you will be penalized when using this card to make purchases that are not in Canadian Dollars.
