AMEX points to Aeroplan

American Express Membership Rewards points can be transferred to Aeroplan at a 1:1 ratio. Every 1,000 AMEX points you transfer to your Aeroplan account will give you 1,000 Aeroplan points.

Marriott points to Aeroplan

Marriott Bonvoy points can be transferred to Aeroplan at a 3:1 ratio. Every 3,000 Marriott Bonvoy points you transfer to your Aeroplan account will give you 1,000 Aeroplan points.

In addition to that, you will earn a bonus 15,000 Marriott Bonvoy points for every 60,000-block of points you transfer in a single transaction — that's a bonus 5,000 Aeroplan points. So all-in-all, a 60,000-Marriott Bonvoy point transfer would net you 25,000 Aeroplan points.
