The MBNA Rewards World Elite Mastercard earns MBNA Rewards points at the following rates:
- 5 points for every $1 spent on eligible restaurant, grocery, digital media, membership, and household utility purchases, on up to $50,000 in annual spend for each category (then 1X).
- 1 point for every $1 spent on all other card purchases.

- Birthday Bonus Points: Receive 10% of the points earned the 12 months prior to the primary cardholder's birthday month — up to a max 15,000 bonus points per year.
- Avis & Budget Savings: Save a minimum of 10% off the base rates in Canada and the U.S., and a minimum of 5% off the base rates internationally, on qualifying car rentals at participating Avis and Budget locations.
- Travel & Purchase Insurance: Travel Medical Insurance, Delayed and Lost Baggage Insurance, Flight/Trip Delay Insurance, Rental Collision Damage Waiver, Mobile Device Insurance, Price Protection Service, Purchase Assurance and Extended Warranty.

Annual Fee
The MBNA Rewards World Elite Mastercard has a $120 annual fee.
Authorized User Fee
Adding authorized users to the MBNA Rewards World Elite Mastercard will cost you $50 per additional cardholder, per year.
Foreign Transaction Fee
The MBNA Rewards World Elite Mastercard has a foreign currency conversion fee of 2.5%. This means you will be penalized when using this card to make purchases that are not in Canadian Dollars.

Do note that any foreign currencies selected will automatically be converted to the card's default currency when calculating rewards.
Currency Name
Add Status / Loyalty
You can add elite status to one or more columns. This allows you to calculate the extra points you would receive from having status with that program.
If the status is already added, you can update the currency the status is based on by specifying a different currency than what the one in the calculator already has.
NOTE: Elite status is automatically added to the calculator for most credit cards that grant it.
