You can add elite status to one or more columns. This allows you to calculate the extra points you would receive from having status with that program.
If the status is already added, you can update the currency the status is based on by specifying a different currency than what the one in the calculator already has.
NOTE: Elite status is automatically added to the calculator for most credit cards that grant it.

Annual Fee
The PC Insiders World Elite Mastercard has a $120 annual fee.
This fee pretty much comes from the PC Express Pass which normally costs $9.99 per month ($120) or $99 per year. If you already pay for this pass or you plan on obtaining it, picking up this card is the best route to take since you'll also be able to earn a high return on Loblaw purchases.
Authorized User Fee
There is no fee to add authorized users to the PC Insiders World Elite Mastercard.
Foreign Transaction Fee
The PC Insiders World Elite Mastercard has a foreign currency conversion fee of 2.5%. This means you will be penalized when using this card to make purchases that are not in Canadian Dollars.
