RBC ION+ Visa points transfer

Points earned with the RBC ION+ Visa cannot be transferred to RBC's transfer partners and they cannot be redeemed for high value towards airfare using the Air Travel Redemption Schedule.

This basically converts the weaker ION+ Visa's Avion Premium points into the significantly more valuable Avion Elite points.
