Earning Rewards
The Walmart Rewards Mastercard earns Walmart Rewards Dollars at the following rates:
- 5% back in Walmart Rewards Dollars on select brands with Walmart. This includes George, Great Value, Your Fresh Market, Our Finest, Athletic Works, Equate, Parent’s Choice, and Mainstays.
- 2% back in Walmart Rewards Dollars at gas stations worldwide on up to the first $5,000 CAD annual purchases and at EV Charging stations.
- 1.25% back in Walmart Rewards Dollars when spending in-store at Walmart or online at Walmart.ca.
- 1% back in Walmart Rewards Dollars on all other purchases.
Rewards Value
Walmart Rewards Dollars can be applied towards future purchases made online at Walmart.ca and at Walmart stores in Canada only.
They can only be redeemed in increments of $5.00 meaning that if your bill is less than $5, you will not be able to redeem your Walmart Rewards Dollars. If your bill isn't a perfect increment of $5, you'll need to another payment method to pay the rest of the balance.

Annual Fee
The Walmart Rewards Mastercard has no annual fee.
Authorized User Fee
There is no fee to add authorized users to the Walmart Rewards Mastercard.
Foreign Transaction Fee
The Walmart Rewards Mastercard has a foreign currency conversion fee of 2.5%. This means you will be penalized when using this card to make purchases that are not in Canadian Dollars.

Edit Card Details
Edit Card Name
Set the name of the card to something of your choosing. Leave it blank to default back to normal card name.
Quick Assign
Use quick assign to quickly toggle this card on for Spend Categories in the calculator. If the card is already assigned, toggling off will set the category to No Selection.
Currency Codes
Any currencies you add to the tool will be selectable when entering spend into the Spend Categories section of the calculator.
Do note that any foreign currencies selected will automatically be converted to the card's default currency when calculating rewards.
Currency Name
Add Status / Loyalty
You can add elite status to one or more columns. This allows you to calculate the extra points you would receive from having status with that program.
If the status is already added, you can update the currency the status is based on by specifying a different currency than what the one in the calculator already has.
NOTE: Elite status is automatically added to the calculator for most credit cards that grant it.
