Transferring Amplify Rewards points to airline partners generally provides the best value, often yielding as much as 1 cent per point in value. This is more than double the value you would get from redeeming points for gift cards through Amplify Rewards.

Amplify Rewards points can be transferred to Singapore KrisFlyer at a rate of 3:1 meaning that every 3 Amplify points is equal to 1 KrisFlyer mile. If you plan on redeeming points for First and Business class, transferring points to KrisFlyer can provide significant value.
Amplify points to Velocity
Amplify Rewards points can be transferred to Virgin Australia Velocity at a rate of 2:1 meaning that every 2 Amplify points is equal to 1 Velocity point. Velocity points are worth about 1 cent each, so transferring points have a chance to provide some solid value.
Amplify points to retail rewards
Amplify Rewards points can be converted to rewards with one retail program: Everyday Rewards.
Amplify points to Everyday Rewards
Everyday Rewards points are redeemable at Woolworths, Woolworths Metro, BigW, BWS, Petstock, MyDeal and at participating EG Ampol outlets at a rate of 2,000 points for $10 off. This means that transferring points to Everyday Rewards at a 3:2 rate will give Amplify points a value of 0.33 cents per point—much lower than what you will get transferring to airline partners.

Earning Qantas points with Amplify
Qantas Frequent Flyer is not a "transfer partner" of Amplify Rewards, but you can opt in to earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points when applying for an Amplify credit card.
If you choose Amplify Qantas, your Amplify points will automatically be converted to Qantas points each month and you will lose the flexibility to transfer points to Singapore and Virgin Australia. Of course... if you're loyal to Qantas or any of their airline partners, this will not be a problem.
The good thing is that you can freely move back and forth between Amplify Rewards and Amplify Qantas by filling out an online form. Just note that if you're switching from Amplify Rewards to Amplify Qantas, you'll need to redeem the points you've earned within a few months of the switch otherwise you'll lose them.
